We want you to love your Scotch & Soda items, but if they are not quite right, you can return your order within 60 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Register Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the return form provided in your initial shipment.

Attach the Label

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
